I have a gas oven so am forever hunting through the internet trying to work out what temperature equates to what gas mark and getting very confused whenever I watch American food programmes on the tellybox so thought I’d provide a conversion table here.  I’m going to work on grams to ounces and cups next…….it could take a while!
