I haven’t dealt with allergies at all on this site – I don’t feel qualified to do so but am, of course, very mindful of what seems to be a growing issue for so many.  I would urge anybody who faces issues with their own or their family’s allergies to have a good look at the information on the government’s Food Standards Agency website, link below:
